Key Responsibilities

The Regional Maintenance Planner and Scheduler plays a crucial role in managing maintenance schedules and plans for multiple locations within the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising maintenance teams to ensure the safe and effective execution of maintenance work orders.
  • Coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with a trade school diploma.
  • Strong knowledge of site safety policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Experience in predictive maintenance techniques and equipment hazards.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and create work order structures.
Preferred Qualifications

PQ is looking for candidates with:

  • Understanding of Maintenance Work Management Process and asset reliability.
  • Knowledge of Management of Change technology.
  • Experience in creating field isometric drawings and material master data descriptions.
EHS Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing HSE training requirements.
