Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of audio systems with other technologies.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in audio technology.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for audio systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in audio or telecommunications technology.
  • Working knowledge of audio system components, including mixers, preamplifiers, matrixes, audio DSP, power amplifiers, intercoms, and audio over IP solutions.
  • Excellent command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with 2D AutoCAD (AutoCAD LT) for block diagrams.
  • Knowledge of IP audio, including SIP interfaces, codecs, protocols, and IP troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in audio engineering, such as CTS or SynAudCon.
  • Fluent English language skills. Conversational or better Spanish language skills are a plus.
