Job Summary

Iron Vine Security is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing communications with overseas countries and leading the development and publication of program documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with local team members and overseas stakeholders in partner countries across Africa, Asia, and Europe.
  • Design program branding and ensure the use of standard templates.
  • Identify the need for training guides and easy reference sheets to improve stakeholder understanding of program processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with the team and stakeholders from more than eleven developing countries, requiring travel to partner countries as needed.
  • Help coordinate overseas implementations and ongoing support efforts.
  • Conduct and document Lessons Learned and Best Practice Reviews with overseas MCAs.
  • Develop, administer, and compile surveys to support business application and process improvements.
  • Develop and promote the use of standard templates and branding for MCA MIS Program.
  • Own and manage MCA Connect, an online portal with program documentation and interactive communication forums.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation in preferred tools, including Confluence and Jira.
  • Help coordinate logistics for stakeholder trainings and other forums.
  • Learn SAP Core Solution functionality and support training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience with at least 2 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in analyzing and solving problems related to project.
  • Willingness to travel to overseas developing countries.
  • Proficient in French language.

Work Environment

Remote work except DC-based trainings and overseas travel. Estimated travel up to 25 business days per year.
