Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Community Manager to join our team at RHP Properties, the nation's largest private owner and operator of manufactured home communities. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation and commissions.

As a successful Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties under the supervision of a Community Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a polite, professional demeanor.
  • Answering community office telephone calls promptly and professionally, providing requested information for telephone inquiries.
  • Developing and maintaining community relationships.
  • Using Microsoft Office to produce and present documents.
  • Assisting the Community Manager in entering data into the management software program.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year general office experience, preferably with sales experience. A high school diploma or GED is required. Excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented, and strong analytical and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
