About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audio Equipment Specialist to join our team at Nino Trading Inc. in the USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our audio systems to customers across the country.

Job Overview:

The Audio Equipment Specialist will be responsible for providing balanced support in both warehouse operations and customer service. This dynamic role is designed for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a warehouse setting while also engaging directly with customers to provide product information, resolve issues, and handle inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents for accuracy, and inspect for damages.
  • Safely move, handle, and organize materials and products in the warehouse.
  • Ensure materials are stored in designated locations and that inventory levels are accurate.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (such as forklifts and pallet jacks) to handle and transport materials.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Handle removal orders and manage the returns process, ensuring accurate documentation and proper handling of returned items.
  • Update inventory records and other necessary information in the warehouse management system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.

Customer Support Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing product information, handling orders, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Process customer orders and returns, coordinating with warehouse staff for timely fulfillment.
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Assist customers with product questions, shipment status updates, and post-purchase support.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken within the customer service system.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to help improve service quality and product satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations and customer service preferred.
  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) or willingness to be trained.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask between warehouse duties and customer support tasks.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and customer service software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., temperature fluctuations, noise).
