Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to industry regulations.
  • Supervise Lead Carpenters to maintain quality standards and compliance.
  • Coordinate daily project schedules and manage the procurement of necessary materials and tools.
  • Handle client communications, providing regular updates and overseeing the Pre-Construction phase.
  • Conduct job site visits to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
  • Foster positive relationships with inspectors and conduct post-construction evaluations.
  • Enforce strict safety measures on-site to uphold industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Project Supervisor role or similar capacity.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and related technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and climb a 6-foot ladder independently.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug testing.
