Job Summary

This dynamic role focuses on fulfilling customer needs both in-person and via phone communication. Utilize your interpersonal skills to clarify warranty options, coordinate service timelines between technicians and customers, manage checkout processes, and promote various products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandising, advertising, and promoting products and services
  • Providing energetic and responsive service to every customer, both in-store and over the phone

  • Assisting with unloading merchandise shipments, changing and balancing tires in the service area (after appropriate training), constructing store displays, and performing other essential duties to foster customer relationships
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Possession of a 2-year degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer retail sales
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and assist customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to customer concerns
  • Valid automobile driver's license required, with the ability to operate both customer and company vehicles
  • Completion and maintenance of all required BSRO store education courses and modules for this position
