Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead our Defense Systems business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with a focus on the electronics/communications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of $25M to $100M in defense systems programs
  • Lead development and maintenance of program plans and budgets
  • Participate in contract negotiations with internal contract administration staff and customers
  • Monitor and manage orders, revenue, profit, and cash to ensure programs stay on track
  • Ensure adherence to all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
  • Minimum eight (8)+ years' experience in program management with a concentration in the electronics/communications industry
  • PMP Certification
  • Aerospace and/or defense industry experience
