Marc Jacobs International is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor to join its retail team in a dynamic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop sales associates, and maintain store operations.
  • Coach and train sales associates to enhance customer service and drive sales on the floor.
  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
  • Assist with opening and closing store procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Availability to work a minimum of three weekdays per week and one weekend day per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position ranges from $19 to $20 per hour plus commission. The rate of pay will be dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
