Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and organized individual to join our team as a Concierge at Horning Management Company, LLC. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule apartment turnovers, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Perform vacant and pre-vacate unit inspections to ensure property standards are met
  • Enter purchase orders and service requests into our system
  • Prepare resident notices and general correspondence
  • Schedule and notify residents of preventive maintenance twice per year
  • Assist with filing and other office duties as needed
  • Complete light duty touch-up clean and bulb replacements as applicable
  • Prepare monthly resident activities
  • Manage package receipt and notifications to residents

Requirements:

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistent performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Yardi/Nexus experience preferred
  • Full Microsoft Office proficiency
