Adecco Staffing is seeking dedicated Production Packaging Specialists to join our team. These roles offer a pathway from temporary to permanent employment.

Compensation: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare machinery for production cycles through calibration and cleaning.
  • Adjust machine settings to optimize performance.
  • Feed raw materials into semi-automated equipment.
  • Conduct inspections of components using precision measuring tools.
  • Regularly test machinery operations to ensure functionality.
  • Resolve any operational issues that arise during shifts.
  • Examine packages for damage and compliance with shipping standards.
  • Assemble orders based on shipping locations or categories.
  • Maintain accurate records of packages, including delivery notes and invoices.
  • Complete packing and order forms with necessary shipping details.
  • Seal and label shipping containers appropriately.
  • Clean shipping containers and related supplies.
  • Monitor output to identify any machine-related errors or defects.
  • Keep detailed logs of approved and defective units.
  • Maintain comprehensive activity logs.
