Job Title: Transitional Housing Specialist

Job Overview:

Klamath Basin Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Transitional Housing Specialist to join our team. As a Transitional Housing Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide support and services to individuals in need. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management and skills building services to clients
  • Assist clients in transition for further care
  • Identify and assist clients in reducing barriers to care
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

  • Must meet Oregon State (OARS) requirements and MHACBO certification as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA)
  • Valid Oregon driver's license, insurable driving record
