Job Description

At Actalent, we're seeking a skilled Software Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Qt/QML or C# .Net/WPF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications using Qt/QML or C# .Net/WPF
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in software development tools, technologies, and methodologies
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, implementation, and testing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with software development
  • 1+ years of experience providing leadership, training, guidance, and support to software engineering staff
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience mentoring and developing engineers
  • Proven experience in software development using Qt/QML or C# .Net/WPF
  • Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, with the ability to design and optimize database schemas
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  • Experience in the medical devices field
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Knowledge on Agile/Scrum based product development
  • Experience with Software Configuration Management
