Clinical Nurse Specialist

About the RoleIn this role, you will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive efficient and effective care. Your skills and experience will enable you to make a significant impact on our patients' lives.
Responsibilities- You will manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exams, and instructing patients on sample collection and medication administration.
- You will notify patients of test results and follow-up appointments, and instruct them on medications and treatment instructions.
- You will manage patient records, including chart entries and posting lab/test results.
- You will schedule tests and treatments, arranging referrals to specialists and obtaining pre-authorizations when directed by the provider.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A degree from an accredited school of practical nursing
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse following state regulations
