Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned Communications Director to lead our Marketing Communications team. As a key member of our Marketing Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of our brand's PR strategy to increase earned media and competitive share of voice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen campaign ideas and support agency initiatives.
- Manage media outreach, handle inbound media queries, and maintain relationships with local, national, and international media.
- Oversee contract negotiations and talent management for celebrity partnerships.
- Develop and execute proactive and reactive programs that align with corporate initiatives and priorities.
- Drive crisis communications and provide executive-level reports on preparedness and response.
- Establish an internal communications strategy and goals to ensure business initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in Communications with a focus on CPG.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to a wide audience.
- Proven experience in project management, crisis management, and agency/vendor management.
- Strong coaching and development skills with a proven track record of people management.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics for internal storytelling and influencing strategy.

The expected salary range for this position is $147,600 - $184,500 annually.
