Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our clinical team. As a PMHNP at LifeStance Health, you'll play a vital role in serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients, working in an outpatient clinical setting either in-person or via telehealth.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients, developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medication and monitor treatment plans, providing referrals for additional treatment needs.
  • Document patient progress and provide therapy, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements
  • Licensed in one or more US states with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (PMHNP-BC).

  • Experience in both medication management as well as therapy.
