Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care and education to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement (CQPI) initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely in the medical record.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
  • CRRN preferred.
  • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
