Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our clinical team. As a PMHNP at LifeStance Health, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for our clients. You will also prescribe medication, monitor treatment plans, and provide referrals for additional treatment needs.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and diagnose clients to develop effective treatment plans.
- Prescribe medication and monitor treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide referrals for additional treatment needs and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Document client interactions and treatment plans to ensure accurate records.
- Provide therapy and counseling services to clients as needed.
- Licensed in one or more US states with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (PMHNP-BC).
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations with a variety of mental healthcare needs.
- Experience in medication management and therapy.
