About the Team:
The Offering Operations team is a newly established group within UKG's Pricing and Strategy division, dedicated to strategic initiatives: pinpointing opportunities, shaping priorities, ensuring competitive pricing, and analyzing our market position.
This team is tasked with the design and facilitation of the Idea to Offering process.About the Role:
In the capacity of Senior Manager of Strategic Business Processes, you will orchestrate UKG's Idea to Offering Process.
Your collaboration will span across Product, Pricing, Marketing, IT, Finance, and additional departments to roll out new offerings that are in harmony with our business objectives.
You will assess current new product introduction workflows against industry best practices and devise a phased enhancement program.Oversee a decision stage gate, prioritizing requests for new offerings and crafting business plans.
Steer significant new offerings through the decision-making and implementation phases.
Identify and cultivate future commercial capabilities essential for new offerings.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and managing complex cross-functional business processes.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software, finance, or consulting sectors.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in enterprise SaaS pricing, strategy, or operations.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or similar quality-control methodologies.
