About the Role

  • Provide department support by handling escalations, answering calls and analyzing orders stopped for credit review as needed.
  • Regularly produce ad hoc, financial statements and business analyses.
  • Oversee specialized functions or groups within the Credit department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of Credit Analysts to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years experience in Credit or Collections.
