- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating crisis intervention and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Conduct group therapy sessions, perform vital signs, and document nursing progress notes.
- Respond to code situations and perform crisis intervention techniques as needed.
- High School diploma or GED required, accompanied by 5+ years of related psychiatric experience.
- One-year experience working within the mental health field, or an equivalent amount of college-accredited school work or internship experience.
- State of IL EMT & Paramedic Certificate preferred.
