Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Scopeair, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include a variety of financial services aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist clients with opening and closing various deposit accounts, renewing certificates of deposit, and processing loan transactions.
  2. Address inquiries related to Scopeair services and perform various account maintenance tasks.
  3. Provide guidance and support to Teller staff, ensuring they have the necessary information to assist customers effectively.
  4. Promote additional services and carry out related clerical duties as needed.
  5. Handle miscellaneous customer requests, including stop payments, automatic transfers, and check orders.
  6. Review and assist clients with basic lending applications, including personal and consumer loans.
  7. Process wire transfers within your designated authority.
  8. Assist with credit applications and ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries and transaction requests received via phone, mail, and online platforms.
  10. Support Branch Management with daily operational tasks, including generating customer reports and data collection.
  11. Provide coverage for the teller line as staffing levels require.
  12. Participate in identifying and managing departmental risks, ensuring compliance with Scopeair's policies and procedures.
  13. Deliver consistent, high-quality service in line with our Service Excellence standards.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of Scopeair's products and services.
  • Familiarity with banking functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capability to maintain an effective workflow under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment to full-time hours, with office operations running Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Preferred candidates will have a solid understanding of Scopeair's guidelines and at least two years of experience in a teller role.

Licenses & Certifications: Relevant certifications may be required.
