We are in search of dedicated and meticulous individuals to become part of our housekeeping team as a housekeeping specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all designated guest rooms and communal areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Change bed linens, inspect mattress pads, blankets, and bedspreads for cleanliness, and sort laundry as instructed.
- Remove used towels from guest rooms and bathrooms, replacing them with fresh ones.
- Thoroughly clean bathroom surfaces including vanities, toilets, bathtubs, mirrors, and floors.
- Open windows to allow fresh air into guest accommodations.
- Vacuum floors in guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces, checking for any litter behind and beneath furniture.
- Promptly report any maintenance or repair needs in guest rooms to the maintenance team.
- Safeguard the master key and any room keys collected during the cleaning process.
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and public areas as assigned.
- Restock and organize the housekeeping cart and storage areas at the end of each shift.
- Empty vacuum cleaners daily and dispose of trash in the designated dumpster.
- Immediately notify management of any potential safety or security issues.
