- Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure seamless production and delivery of pastries and desserts.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- 2+ years of professional pastry experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Maintains food handler's card.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.45.
- Tips average $8.00 - $10.00 per hour.
- Full-time schedule with 25 hours or more per week.
