Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package including a daily pay rate of $28.36 with shift differentials for weekend work. This provides an estimated annual salary of approximately $102,940.40 based on 36 hours worked per week.

Job Description

">

As a CT Technologist working a Weekend Option schedule, you will perform computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury according to protocols established by radiologists. This position does not perform biopsy procedures.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Prepares and positions patients and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
  • Administers contrast media and/or medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Observes patient during procedure and reports abnormal activity.
  • Follows radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Requirements

  • Credentialing: ARRT-R required and ARRT-CT within 12 months of hire.

Work Environment

This role requires frequent standing and walking, occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs., and rare kneeling and sitting. Work is performed in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and effective communication skills.
