Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at STK Steakhouse. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, sinks, and storage areas.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous bartending experience is required.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
