Position Overview:
At Select Specialty Hospital - Augusta, we specialize in the care of patients who are recovering from critical illnesses and require extended medical attention. Key Responsibilities:


In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness in designated areas, including patient rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
  • Utilizing appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Performing routine housekeeping tasks in accordance with established protocols.
  • Ensuring that all areas are well-organized and presentable for patients, visitors, and staff.


You will demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service in all interactions, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for everyone in the facility.


Specific tasks may include:

  • Washing and sanitizing surfaces, floors, and equipment to prevent infection.
  • Dusting and vacuuming various areas, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Managing waste disposal and maintaining proper supply levels of essential items.
  • Preparing patient rooms with fresh linens and ensuring all amenities are stocked.

Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills. A focus on customer service and teamwork is essential for success in this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is advantageous.
