X-Ray Technologist Job Description

Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to fill a 14-week contract position in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Develop and process X-ray films to ensure optimal image quality
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results

Requirements:

  • Current and valid state license to practice as an X-Ray Technologist
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in X-ray imaging
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
