We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team on a contract and per diem basis. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for verifying patient information, drawing blood from adult, pediatric, and infant patients, and processing specimens following established procedures and techniques.
Responsibilities- Verify patient and specimen information
- Draw blood from adult, pediatric, and infant patients and process specimens following established procedures and techniques
- Follow in-process quality control procedures and maintain related records
- Remain aware of patient emotional and physiological condition and report abnormal conditions to the proper personnel
- Perform related duties as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Certification in Phlebotomy from a National Organization preferred
- Minimum of one year Phlebotomy experience or Phlebotomy/Medical Assistant education program required
- Knowledge of laboratory computer preferred

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
