  • Develop and implement treatment plans to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning, using evidence-based practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing education and support to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient progress, completing progress notes and submitting reports as required by LHC Group policies.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a reliable vehicle.
