About the Role

Kosmos Corp is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Operational Excellence: Promote and utilize Six Sigma, Lean, and other Operational Excellence tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and support process improvement projects, delivering timely results and ensuring control.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Analyze process effectiveness, facility layout, and operational data to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
  • Recommendations and Implementation: Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste, and confer with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations.
  • Cost Analysis and Financial Planning: Develop management systems for cost analysis, financial planning, and job evaluation.
  • Ergonomic Studies: Perform ergonomic studies of jobs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Database Development: Develop database programs as needed to aid in the flow of information.
  • Reporting and Data Tracking: Track and record pertinent data for developmental products and submit new products for testing and/or certification.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: 1+ years of Process Engineering experience.
  • Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
