CoreTechs is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team in an outpatient flu and TB clinic setting. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, registration, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient service and support in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Register patients, verify documentation, and communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Manage front office operations, including patient check-in and verification of patient information
- Operate EMR systems and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with EMR systems and front office operations
Additional Information:
- This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension
- Shifts may vary, but will be between 5:30am and 9:00pm, with a consistent 8.5 hour schedule
