Surgical Technologist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in Everett, Massachusetts.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
- Assemble and prepare supplies, equipment, and instrumentation required for procedures, maintaining a high level of sterility and organization.
- Participate in ongoing educational and competency activities to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices.
- Precept staff to surgical technician job duties, including surgical technicians, nurses, and students, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. Standards, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Surgical Technician Certification required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
- 1 year of Surgical Technician experience preferred.
