  • Sanitation and Disinfection: Sanitize horizontal surfaces, walls, furniture, floors, bathrooms, and other areas, using approved cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Specialized Cleaning: Perform specialized cleaning for precaution rooms, labor and delivery, and surgery, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Check and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly stored.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other departments, including facilities, maintenance, and housekeeping, to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in departmental in-service training and educational programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies.
