About the Role

GlenBrook Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in our skilled nursing department. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our licensed nursing staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine nursing duties and activities of daily living for residents, including personal care services and documentation of resident information.
  • Transport residents to and from activities, meals, and therapy as indicated.
  • Participate in all required and mandatory in-services, as well as any additional in-service programs offered by the facility.
  • Meet all state requirements for recertification and complete and submit all required documentation to the state to ensure timely certification renewal.
  • Work as a team player, consistently assisting other staff members when help is needed.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Competency Program, with current certification in the state of California.
  • One year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • High school graduate, or equivalent.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
