Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Putnam Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with meals, serve trays, and help with feeding as needed.
  • Check residents regularly to ensure their personal care and hygiene needs are met.
  • Assist with transportation, lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transferring residents.
  • Answer resident calls promptly and report any changes in their condition.
  • Measure and record temperatures, pulse, blood pressures, and other vital signs as instructed.
Requirements
  • Holds CNA certification in New York State and is in good standing.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional care to residents.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to quality care.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
