Job Title: Electrical ForemanJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team for a project in Apex, NC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute new or modified installations to effectively and efficiently construct or repair wiring, fixtures, or equipment consistent with specifications and local electrical codes.
  2. Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers.
  3. Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
  4. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with government regulations, customer requirements, and our safety program.
  5. Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedule, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel.
  6. Analyze and resolve work problems.
  7. Maintain accurate time records.
  8. Inspect quality of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
  9. Perform frequent safety inspections of work area, equipment, tools, and employees in accordance with our policy.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Skilled in both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to complete all Safety and general job training as required by our company.
  • Observance of our and customer safety and quality processes and procedures at all times.
Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:

The successful candidate must be able to effectively use all required PPE equipment and lift up to fifty pounds.

Conditions include working in office, shop, busy traffic areas, warehouses, and undeveloped properties, with frequent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions.

The candidate must be able to safely access all areas of property, buildings, structures, wharves, rooftops, and other elevated positions, as well as, confined spaces.

Strenuous physical demands are required to safely perform the essential functions associated with this position.

The candidate must be able to safely operate all involved equipment and tools.

The candidate must be capable of standing for long periods of time, bending consistently, working in confined spaces with limited access, on ladders, in personnel lifts, in workboats, and working in awkward body positions.
