Our client, a prominent financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled individual to contribute to their marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to membership operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
2. Conduct thorough marketing research and analyze membership data to inform marketing campaigns.
3. Compile detailed reports to improve the effectiveness of membership operations.
4. Address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
5. Assist in the execution of marketing activities and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
6. Collaborate with service providers and internal teams to ensure high-quality member services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, marketing analysis, or business intelligence, preferably within banking and finance sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience in these applications.
