Are you passionate about providing exceptional service? We are seeking dedicated Servers to support our meal service in the dining area. In addition to delivering service with enthusiasm, you will be tasked with keeping the dining space clean, organized, and well-stocked. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and restocking all service-related items such as condiments, dishes, glassware, and other essentials.
  • Ensure the removal of waste and spills from the dining area and service zones.
  • Deliver a dining experience that surpasses customer expectations.
  • Foster a work environment characterized by teamwork, respect, integrity, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Comply with all food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Effectively communicate and follow verbal instructions and written recipes.
  • Keep accurate records while employing creative cooking techniques for daily menu preparation.
  • Ensure the dining area is tidy and organized, including chairs, tables, waste bins, and condiment stations.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all service areas and arrange them as directed by the supervisor.
  • Prepare food stations prior to service with the necessary equipment and items.
  • Receive and properly store deliveries as instructed.
  • Keep your workstation sanitized and orderly.
  • Assist in food production, merchandising, setup, and service under supervision.
  • Serve menu items to customers while providing courteous and friendly service.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding the menu.
  • Clear and serve in the customer area using appropriate methods.
  • Complete all assigned side work as determined by the supervisor.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Be prepared to perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:

  • Completion of 10th grade or equivalent education.
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or food service is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand or walk frequently.
  • Ability to reach or bend frequently.
  • Ability to lift or carry items weighing 10 lbs or more regularly.
  • Ability to occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs.
