Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive initiatives aimed at reducing costs throughout the home building process
  • Oversee Field Kit and FID documentation
  • Transform FID from Revit to Onshape
  • Update and maintain Revit documentation
  • Manage updates to Onshape documentation
  • Address RFIs and collaborate with the procurement team
  • Work alongside the design team on structural and MEP modifications
Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in the field of architecture
  • Master's degree in architecture or equivalent qualification
  • Expertise in BIM systems, Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
  • Openness to learning new tools and methodologies
  • Experience in onsite construction is preferred
