Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage engineering and maintenance staff, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and capital expenditure projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including safety and security standards.
  • Lead the emergency response team for all facility issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 4 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or a related field.
  • Technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.
What We Offer

Marriott International offers a competitive salary range of $71,000 to $89,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
