Your Role: The ideal candidate will perform essential maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and more on a variety of vehicle makes and models. This position demands fast, precise, and high-quality service, while fostering a positive workplace culture that reflects our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards.
  • Inspect vehicles to confirm all components and systems are functioning correctly.
  • Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, alignments, tire rotations, and tune-ups.
  • Repair and rebuild tires as necessary.
  • Replace parts including wipers, filters, brakes, valves, and bearings.
  • Check and replenish vehicle fluids according to the operations manual.
  • Perform fluid flushes and filter changes as required.
  • Thoroughly inspect components like hoses, belts, plugs, and fuel systems.
  • Maintain accurate records on repair orders in the DMS.
  • Engage in continuous technical training and education.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred completion of an automotive trade or technical program.
  • ASE certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as an automotive technician.
