Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they are safe to drive and meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems, using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques.
- Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Examine vehicles to determine the extent of damage or malfunctions, and develop effective repair plans.
- Communicate with customers and advisors to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of repair requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Automotive trade or technical school preferred.
- ASE certification is required.
