As a LVN, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care for them under the direction of RNs and in compliance with the physicians' orders.

Responsibilities:

* Visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care
* Work under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians' orders
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

* Must possess a valid state driver's license
* Must possess automobile liability insurance
* Must wear seat belts at all times while driving
* Dependable transportation kept in good working condition
* Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
* Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of employment
