The Opportunity

The SAP WM/MM expert will oversee the design, development, deployment, operation, support, optimization, and technical leadership of SAP Materials, Inventory, and Warehouse Management systems, ensuring that technical solutions align with quality standards. Collaborating with the SAP Center of Excellence, IT teams, and external partners, this role is crucial in supporting Trivium's business processes and minimizing operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

* Review, enhance, and support SAP development and deployment initiatives.

* Create Business Blueprint Documents and/or Functional Design Documents based on functional requirements provided by the business for new developments.

* Conduct SAP configuration and manage third-party partners according to corporate guidelines, based on the design documents.

* Facilitate integration between SAP and other systems, including middleware solutions.

* Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementation of enhancements and integration projects.

* Execute unit and integration testing to verify compliance with functional requirements.

* Troubleshoot issues and provide support during go-live phases or business-as-usual operations.

* Contribute to Trivium's Global IT Business Systems roadmap for SAP.

* Provide training to users on SAP functionalities, interfaces, and processes.

* Develop and maintain operational and technical documentation.

* Manage project tasks and support other projects as needed.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

* Over 5 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management and Material Management.

* Experience in a manufacturing environment for more than 5 years.

* Strong technical knowledge of SAP systems with an understanding of functional areas such as WM, MM, FI, and SD.

* Proven experience in developing SAP practices and executing improvements in a dynamic cross-business environment.

* Current knowledge of methodologies and trends in the SAP landscape.

* Preferably familiar with SAP S/4 Hana strategy and migration.

* Knowledge of SAP security and Identity & Access Management is advantageous.

* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Lean methodologies is a plus.

* Relevant SAP training and certifications.

* Project or Program Management experience is beneficial.

* Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Work Environment:
