Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fellowship Events Coordinator to join our team at THE VOICE OF THE MARTYRS. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for executing logistical directions set by the Director of Fellowship Events to accomplish our purpose of inviting Christians into fellowship with persecuted Christian brothers and sisters.

This role requires a champion for VOM who can provide trusted support in securing and executing on assigned scope of work, including serving as the point of contact for VOM fellowship conferences both nationally and regionally. You will also provide logistical support for VOM representatives and resources at these events.

In this role, you will work closely with the VOM Messaging team and Fellowship Events team to plan and implement national and regional conferences aligned with VOM's strategic direction, mission, and beliefs. Your responsibilities will include developing a strategic plan for inviting current and potential VOM supporters into fellowship through national and regional gatherings.

You will provide administrative support by helping manage projects, being a point of contact for churches and fellowship partners, scheduling vendors, trainings, and meetings to execute national and regional conferences. Additionally, you will reserve and provide resources, displays, digital and print materials to conferences.

You will also provide clear direction and objectives to speakers and volunteers attending events on behalf of VOM. A strong understanding of VOM's mission and the ability to articulate it effectively is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with the general public in logistical support, customer service, customer relations, volunteer leadership, or ministry experience. Strong phone presence and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are required. The salary for this position is approximately $$$62,500 annually
