Global Fellowship Ambassador

The Voice of the Martyrs is a leading international organization dedicated to supporting persecuted Christians worldwide. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to serve as our Fellowship Events Coordinator for Sponsored Events.

This role will be responsible for executing logistical directions set by the Director of Fellowship Events to accomplish VOM's purpose of inviting Christians into fellowship with persecuted Christian brothers and sisters.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Fellowship Events Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for VOM sponsored conferences and events, including fellowship gatherings with outside organizations, universities, colleges, and camps. This position will provide logistical support for VOM representatives and resources at these events.

We are looking for a professional who shares our commitment to the Great Commission and has a strong passion for discipling students into fellowship with the global church. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in logistical support, customer service, customer relations, volunteer leadership, ministry experience, or a similar position.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is highly desirable, but not required. Strong phone presence and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are essential. The salary range for this position is $**55,000 - $65,000** per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

The selected candidate will be based at VOM's headquarters in Bartlesville, OK, and will be expected to live in the area. Regular domestic travel (30%) will be required, which may involve extended periods of sitting and standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various environments.
