About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (IMCU) at Providence St Vincent Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. This position offers multiple FTE and shift options, allowing you to choose a schedule that suits your needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
