Position Overview
An employer is in search of a SECRET Systems Engineer specializing in Mission Modeling & Simulation for a contract-to-hire role.

This role involves critical responsibilities including:
- Evaluating weapon systems through analytical tools such as AFSIM to enhance and modernize capabilities.
- Analyzing attributes and tactics to bolster survivability against potential foreign threats.

The insights generated from this analysis will significantly aid the Department of Defense in making informed decisions regarding future combat scenarios.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess an active SECRET Security Clearance and be available to work on-site five days a week.

Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET Security Clearance (DoD)

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Modeling & Simulation
- Proficiency with AFSIM
- Experience in scripting and/or programming using C++, Python, or MATLAB

Preferred Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Master’s Degree
- Familiarity with Linux environments
