About the Role

The Payroll Specialist II will provide support for payroll applications, answering incoming calls and emails, and identifying process inefficiencies. This role is ideal for individuals with previous payroll operations or customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls according to established procedures and performance standards.
  • Creating work orders and capturing structured data for each issue.
  • Providing customer service leadership on projects involving multiple teams within the department.
  • Processing and responding to emails according to service level agreements.
  • Completing necessary corrections listed on internal data audits.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
  • Previous payroll operations/customer service payroll specialist experience or 2 years previous customer service call center experience.
  • Strong attention to details, problem-solving abilities, and time management expertise.
  • Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, comfortable with multiple computer platforms.
